With monthly updates and patches, we are on the forefront and lookout / plan for these events as seamless as possible. Due to the nature of business and to minimise downtime, we perform software version updates outside of surgery hours to minimise any risk of failure.
For all pathology results and having it in sync, we liaise with these vendors and have the process automated. Pathology results are automatically downloaded and synced back to the patient’s record.

At USTECH, we provide you with all the Computer Hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Printer) including Server and Backup Devices. We only use trusted brands and deploy that in business environment. All hardware is backed by manufacturers warranty and are designed for business use as opposed to the home consumer market. Once we have specified the hardware, we inspect the premise and make arrangements for installation. This also includes any cabling or network port installations. It is critical to have your Server assigned a designated, locked space and sometimes we utilise lockable ventilated cabinets.
The next part is inspecting all other locations for Printer, PCs, FAX and other smart devices. Often at times we need to engage with third party vendors such Telcos and Electricians. We take care of this for you with your permission of course.
